Beskrivelse: The concentrated LMC broth is based on Lactose-Peptone broth as described in the German Drinking Water Regulation (DEV, DIN 38411) and the Mineral- and Table Water Regulation (MwTVO) for the analysis of E.coli and coliform bacteria in water. LMC is 10-fold concentrated and a sample quantity of 250 mL water can be added directly into the original bottle. After mixing with the water sample, the broth attains the required concentration (double concentrated) and is ready for immediate incubation.

Hold the bottle in the other hand and lightly apply pressure to the sampling area using the agar-agar slide; or 2. Place in the oven at 37 °C for 24/48 hours. To detect yeasts, increase the incubation by 24/48 hours at 25/30 °C.
